Island hall welcomes Groups throughout the year by appointment. We provide various visit and refreshment options, from teas or lunches through to candle light dinners Both large and small groups may book directly through Island Hall, but a minimum charge for 20 guests will apply.

Individuals or parties of less than 20 who do not wish to pay the minimum charge please book through ‘Invitation To View’ on one of our pre scheduled dates.

To book a group tour or tours with refreshments (tea or lunch), for more than 20 people (or those happy to pay them minimum charge), please complete and return a booking form to us. Download the booking request and booking confirmation forms. If you require the Acrobat reader, please click here to download it for free - the link will open in another window.

We have a program of events through out the year including charity garden openings, scheduled concerts, dinner concerts and many more. Island Hall can also occasionally be used for private functions. We are happy to receive requests for small, private dinners and events.  To book a dinner or concert, or enquire about a private function, please call us 01480 459676 or email.

All tours, given by a member of the family and last for around 1 - 1.5 hours (see booking form for details) guests are then free to explore the house and gardens and enjoy their refreshments. I am sure you will appreciate we are unable to accommodate children under 13 years old in the house during the day and 16 years old in the evening. Ladies are kindly asked not to wear stiletto heels during their visit.

Groups between 40-50 can be accommodated for tours. If you should wish to bring a larger party of around 100 we normally split the groups into two for ease of management.

For those who will be arriving by coach there is a set down point opposite the house. There are no official parking facilities for coaches, but a coach can be parked in our courtyard. There is a free public car park adjacent to the house in Post Street. Please ask your coach driver to respect our neighbours by not parking in front of their houses.

We would be grateful for a single group payment either before or at the time of the visit, to cover the admission charges, as individual payments tend to cause delays. A 10% surcharge will be made to payments not made on the day
